Job Responsibilities:

Job Responsibilities:

  • Receive vendor invoices and link them in ERP and the accounting software.
  • Prepare client invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • Record credit and debit notes as required.
  • Update ledger entries in the accounting software with accurate information.
  • Coordinate with the relevant departments on outstanding payments, pending requests, and the resolution of billing disputes.
  • Generate reports as requested by management.
  • Ensure all received requests are billed correctly and on time to prevent delays.
  • Ensure adherence to financial accounting and regulatory standards in all processes.

Job Summary:

MoonJet is hiring a Credit Control Officer in its regional office in Amman, Jordan.  
Proven experience as a Credit Control Officer or in accounts receivable management in the aviation or travel services industry is preferred.  

Job Responsibilities:

  • Review customer service requests submitted by the operations department, and approve processing based on the customer’s account status.
  • Assess credit risk for new and existing clients and recommend appropriate credit limits.
  • Review contracts to insure appropriate commercial terms, credit, and contractual compliance.
  • Issue credit and debit notes as required.
  • Update ledger entries in the accounting software with accurate information.
  • Coordinate with the accounts receivable and sales departments on outstanding payments and collection.
  • Negotiate repayment plans when necessary.
